We are down to just TWO days left!! Two days till we meet our twin girls! Woo hoo!

Reason number 7 for why I love being pregnant:

I love to dream of our babies and what they'll become as they grow up. I love to imagine that these girls will love cupcakes with swirls of frosting as much as I do and getting donuts with their dad on a Saturday morning. I dream of wrapping them up in my arms when they are scared, reading endless books and stories to them before bedtime, and smoothing the hair away from their face as they sleep. I want them to know just how much I love them and how we've prayed for them since before they were conceived.

I also think of the times that won't be so dreamy and calm, those middle of the nights where we are all crying and badly in need of sleep. Those times when I don't know what to do with the way they're acting towards me or why they don't get along sometimes. Those trips to the grocery store or Target when I have to leave my full cart because of a temper tantrum.

I dream of it all. I want the hard and the easy. The joy of raising kids along with the difficulties.

That's what I love about being pregnant.

Hello Rebecca,
I am so thrilled for you and your husband Jacob! I've been praying for you over the last number of years. We meet at a mutual friends Bridal Tea in GA. I could tell then what a loving Mother you were. I just want you to know that in the next few days (at least until those sweet girls are home) you will be at the top of my prayer list. I know with the Lords guidance you will continue to be a fantastic Mother. Camarie
Rebecca -- I 'met you' through Molly's story on FL. I cried through so much of your story because it resonated so deeply in my heart for the little boy that we lost at 27 weeks in utero.

I've been watching your blog almost weekly since I heard you were pregnant this time...you have often been in my prayers and will continue to be especially over these next several days of excitement and of finally getting to meet your sweet daughters.

I've had 3 c-sections and in my estimation, they are the way to go...even if you can't hold them right away. Praying that your hearts are at peace, for the doctors and safety for you all...

Blessings.

Ahhhhh......I am numb. I just finished reading Molly's story. I knew the outcome I knew Molly would only be here seven days but still I hurt for you while reading and also I am praising God. I know that one day I will meet your sweet Molly and I cannot wait! I know Monday will hold many emotions for you as you meet Piper and Lily. I pray your last few hours before they are born would be restful and free of anxiety. I will anxiously await pictures so your blog family can meet your precious baby girls. Thank you for sharing so openly and so couragously.

I'm so excited for you--the reading books and smoothing back the hair totally makes up for the tougher times--and those sleepless nights go by so fast (of course you'll have double, but you'll also have double the fun) :)

Jacob & Rebecca, I am praying for you and you wait these last two days to meet your sweet girls. I don't understand God's ways (in my life or others) but, I believe he will use it all for his glory. He is doing wonderful things through your story. Thank you for being so candid and honest. Enjoy your last two days. Tell Grandma and grandpa Mutz's hi for me. Debi mc
